H & S - PALS
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
Description: This two-day course is designed for registered healthcare professionals. The course introduces diagnostic and therapeutic interventions for the prevention, assessment and treatment of respiratory and cardiac arrest in infants and children.

*Please be advised: Only active healthcare providers whose training and scope of practice include a knowledge base encompassing the foundation of PALS knowledge and skill may enrol in the PALS course.
Completion Requirements: 100% attendance plus students must pass a written exam and skills test in order to qualify for an PALS Course Completion Card.
Certification: 2-Year PALS Course Completion Card
Duration: Approximately 15 hours over two days.
