CANCELLATION POLICY
Effective – August 25, 2021
Canadian First-Aid Training Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course at any time. A course may be cancelled or rescheduled due to insufficient enrollment. You will be notified via email of changes/cancellations at least 3 business days prior to the start of the course. If this was the original course you registered for, a full refund will be issued in the event that rescheduling is not an option. If you were enrolled in this course due to a previous rescheduling you initiated, you will only be entitled to reschedule in a different course.
Refund Requests:
- FULL REFUND* – Will be granted when requested 5 full business days or more prior to the originally registered course date *(less 15% processing fees)
- FULL REFUND** – Will be granted when requested 4 full business days or more prior to the originally registered course date **(less 25% processing fees)
- NO REFUND – 3 full business days or less prior to course date (Only rescheduling will be permitted )
- NO REFUND – Will be granted for a Course you are enrolled in as a result of a previous rescheduling initiated by you (Only further rescheduling is permitted)
- NO RESCHEDULING / NO REFUND: After 60 days or more after payment date, no re-scheduling is allowed.
- PLEASE BE ADVISED: Late arrival to a scheduled course may result in the need to reschedule and is at the discretion of CFAT Staff and instructors. No rude or disrespectful treatment to CFAT staff will be tolerated for the decision that is made.
If a course is missed:

- A participant may reschedule at a later date, however, no refund will be permitted.
